Blue Nautical Hub Brasil is organised by Mundo Mar SC LTDA (Mundo Mar Consulting) together with ACATMAR, the Brazilian Nautical Association. Mundo Mar SC LTDA is the controller of the personal data collected on this website.

What we collect
We only collect what you enter in the website forms: name, company or institution, role, e-mail, phone, country, area of interest, how you heard about the event and, where applicable, the message you write.
We also record technical browsing data such as pages visited, language, device type and the source of the visit (for example, whether you arrived through a LinkedIn link or a campaign). This data is statistical and does not identify you personally.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry and process your request to take part as an exhibitor, visitor or partner.
To send information about the event: dates, programme, opening of booth sales and accreditation.
To understand where interest comes from and improve the website and the event communication.
We do not sell, rent or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent, given when you tick the authorisation box before submitting a form, and on the legitimate interest of the organisation in responding to commercial and institutional enquiries about the event itself.
You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out beforehand.
Who we share it with
Form delivery service (FormSubmit), which forwards the form content to the organisation's official e-mail address.
Website hosting service (Netlify), which processes technical access data.
Audience measurement tools such as Google Analytics, when active, for aggregated browsing statistics.
These providers process the data solely to deliver the contracted service and may not use it for their own purposes.
Cookies and measurement
The website may use cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences, measure audience and understand where visits come from.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. This does not prevent you from using the website, but it may affect some features.
How long we keep it
We keep contact data for as long as the relationship with the event lasts and for the period required to meet legal obligations.
If you request deletion, we remove your data from our lists, except where the law requires it to be kept.
Your rights
Under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/2018), you may request confirmation that we process your data, access to it, correction of incomplete or outdated information, anonymisation or deletion, portability, information about who we share it with, and withdrawal of consent.

Security
We apply reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or improper disclosure. No system is entirely immune, but we treat any incident seriously and notify data subjects and the authority whenever the law requires.

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the website or to the law. The update date at the top of this page indicates the version in force.
